Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season, and things are finally heating-up!

The Cleveland Indians take the field against the Chicago Clubs in Week 21 regular season on Monday, August 24 at 2:05 p.m. EST at beloved Wrigley Field in Illinois. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Game 1 afternoon ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

While Chicago snags a rather high spot in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings), Cleveland still lags a bit behind:

Indians (22): "Francisco Lindor nearly hit for the cycle on Saturday, going 3 for 4 against the Yankees, and on Sunday hit the go-ahead home run for the Tribe while going 3 for 5. Even though it took him a little while to warm up after his major league debut on June 14, Lindor is now hitting .298/.332/.424 on the year, including .343/.377/.482 since the all star break." Stephanie Liscio, It's Pronounced "Lajaway"

Cleveland currently maintains a steady 58-65 winning record and still remains 5th in the American League Central Division, even after after gaining a 2-1 series lead over the New York Yankees last week.

Cubs (4): "The Cubs own the best road record in MLB with a 33-25 showing so far this season. After a make-up game with the Indians Monday, Chicago heads to the West Coast for six games against the Giants and Dodgers." Joe Aiello, View from the Bleachers

With that, Chicago holds an impressive 71-61 winning record and is now 3rd in the National League Central Division.

Monday afternoon's ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels WPWR and STOh.
