Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season - and things are finally heating-up!

The Houston Astros take the field against the New York Yankees in Week 21 of the regular season on Monday, August 24 at 7:05 p.m. EST at beloved Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Game 1 Monday evening ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

Both New York and Houston snag rather high spots in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings):

Yankees (5): "After sweeping the Twins in three games, the Yankees had trouble with the Indians and not only dropped three out of four at home, they also lost both Mark Teixeira and CC Sabathia to injury and watched their already slim lead in the AL East race evaporate and turn into a half-game deficit. With 39 games left it'll be interesting to see how the Yankees respond." Stacey Gotsulias, It's About the Money

New York currently maintains a steady 68-55 winning record and now remains 2nd in the American League Eastern Division.

Astros (7): "Houston swept the Dodgers over the weekend, beating Zack Greinke and Clayton Kershaw in the process. Oh yeah, the other game they won in the series was just a no-hitter by Mike Fiers. Two weeks ago the Astros lead in the AL West had shrunk to just half a game over the Angels. With the Angels in a nosedive, the Astros are back in control, leading the Rangers by four games and the Angels by 5.5 games." ESPN.com

With that, Houston holds an impressive 69-56 winning record and maintains the 1st spot in the American League Western Division.

The ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels WPIX, RTSW, and MLBN.
