Whitney Houston's mother, Cissy, has written a tell-all book entitled "Remembering Whitney," which addresses the late singer's history of drug abuse among other things. Bobbi Kristina Brown, Whitney's daughter, has publicly displayed her disgust for the book, calling it "disrespectful" to her mother. The book focuses on how Cissy dealt with her daughter's death and has garnished praise and press including an interview with Oprah Winfrey on her new show "Next Chapter." The stories in the book really allow the reader to feel for Cissy and her devastating loss. Here is an example of a stand out excerpt:

"That was the moment my life shattered. I don't know what I did or said after that. I was told later that I screamed so loudly that the whole building must have heard me, but my mind was absolute blank, except for one thought - that my baby had gone."

Unfortunately, Cissy's granddaughter, Bobbi Kristina, views the book as a misrepresentation of the former pop star and took to Twitter to state her case. Here are the first of many tweets concerning "Remembering Whitney:"

Though a little hard to understand (mainly due to the 140 character limit on the social network), Bobbi Kristina's message is a passionate one. She is distraught over the release of the book, but never fully explains her stance on why she finds the tell-all to be disrespectful. The only actions against "Remembering Whitney" taken by Brown have been through the emotional twitter posts. No word on any upcoming interview opportunities for the grieving daughter in order for her to more clearly addresses the issue. Cissy Houston admits to knowing of Brown's hate of the book prior to its release, but still published it. The book was written for exactly what the title suggests, to remember Whitney Houston as only her mother could. Whitney was in the public eye for such a long time and everyone was aware of her drug problem, but to be able to hear how the star's mother felt about all of this is the reason why this book will be successful.

Bobbi Kristina and her grandmother butted heads on a separate occasion involving the reality show "The Houston's: On Out Own," which Bobbi Kristina participated in despite Cissy's disapproval. Brown is also engaged to Nick Gordon, a boy taken in by Whitney Houston and raised as a son despite the official adoption paperwork. There are no comments from Bobbi-Kristina's father, famous singer and "bad boy" Bobby Brown, concerning the book or the family disagreement.
