Amanda Bynes Escapes Paparazzi Photos at West Hollywood Police Station: Another Breakdown?

We just can't leave Amanda Bynes alone, can we? Bynes was out shopping in West Hollywood, when she felt uncomfortable due to paparazzi taking photos of her and decided to take refuge in the local police station. There's no confirmation as to what specifically set her off and made her feel unsafe, but the purpose of her visit was to make sure that she could walk about the neighborhood in peace and remain unharmed.

E! News says, "After stopping into Nasty Gal on Melrose, the former Nickelodeon star started getting followed by multiple photographers. When it became a bit overwhelming, Bynes decided to get some relief at the West Hollywood police station." She left the station with information of how to avoid the paparazzi, according to NY Daily News.

Ever since Bynes's run-ins with the police in a negative matter, this action brought quite a lot of attention to herself. Is she merely a drama queen or is there more to the heart of this? Should we really be leaving her alone? "The actress, 29, has kept a low profile since a series of arrests and a public breakdown in 2014. On Tuesday, she was out shopping with her reported life coach on Melrose Avenue," Contra Costa Times says. Bynes hasn't been working much lately and it could be for a variety of reasons. At the present time, she is only known for her dramatic stunts like shaving her head (very similar to Britney Spears' freak out--coincidence?), receiving a DUI and for causing a commotion when she threw a bong out of her apartment window.

Bynes is taking small strides and even came back to Instagram and social media recently. It could be a good idea for Bynes to come out to the public in a positive way and her long-time friend and costar, Drake Bell, suggested just this. Bell revealed this a few years ago to Huffington Post and the idea still stands to be taken.

"She needs to get out of retirement, and make us laugh again, because that's what she's brilliant at," he said. "Amanda Bynes is brilliant at making us laugh, and that's what she needs to do. She's great at it."

Bell could be right and we hope that's true. Maybe Bynes really did feel uncomfortable with the paparazzi situation, but we'll never know. Right now, Bynes isn't announced to star in anything, nor has anything been rumored. Her last project was Easy A back in 2010, starring Emma Stone.
