Watch WWE 'NXT' Live Stream Online, 8/26/15 Episode After 'Takeover: Brooklyn'

The August 26, 2015 episode of WWE's NXT will continue to build off the stellar NXT Takeover: Brooklyn live special that emanated from the Barclays Center on Saturday. The show will air on the WWE Network, but if you can't watch there, then you can try here or here, both of which broadcast free live streams of the show (this may require downloading a torrent).

Finn Balor remains NXT Champion after an excellent ladder match with Kevin Owens on Saturday. The former champion turned WWE main roster star did all he could to win back the belt, but Balor leapt off the top of the ladder and delivered a Coup de Grace that flattened Owens on the mat. Balor then climbed the ladder and snatched the belt to retain his title.

This was a fitting sendoff for Owens as he moves to the main roster, where he is currently feuding with Cesaro on Monday Night Raw and Thursday Night SmackDown. Owens could realistically return to NXT as necessary in the coming months, but his primary focus should now be on the affairs of the red and blue brands.

Balor can now move on from Owens and continue to dominate in NXT until the company decides to give him the call up to WWE. The champion could feud with numerous wrestlers down on the yellow brand, but let's not forget about the injured Hideo Itami. Balor and Itami are old friends and allies, but this story could potentially lead to a heel turn for Balor if they decide to make Balor the one who kayfabe injured the Japanese superstar.

But for now, Balor needs a new opponent to challenge him for the belt, and there are any number of contenders out there: Tyler Breeze, Baron Corbin, Samoa Joe, Apollo Crews, and more. Who will reveal himself tonight as the next number-one Contender for the NXT Championship?

Bayley is the new NXT Women's Champion after she reached the pinnacle of her career with a deeply emotional and memorable victory over Sasha Banks at Takeover: Brooklyn. The Barclays center came unglued after Bayley connected with a second suplex and covered The Boss for the pin. Bayley could not hold back tears as she held the title to her chest, and multiple fans in the arena cried right along with her. Charlotte and Becky Lynch then emerged to celebrate with the new champion, and even Sasha Banks broke character and hugged Bayley in a moment that called to mind the famous Curtain Call by the Kliq in 1996. It was a definitive and memorable moment for the four women as the three non-champions stay on the main roster permanently.

Now that Bayley is champion, which woman still in NXT will step up to fight her? Alexa Bliss? Eva Marie? Carmella? Emma?
