NBA star Derrick Rose finally responds to rape allegations made by a woman who claims the Chicago Bulls star and two other men forced themselves in her home and gang raped her after drugging her.

He said in a statement, "I am just focusing on staying healthy and getting ready for the season," Rose said in the statement. "I am not going to comment other than to say - I know the truth, and am confident I will be proven innocent."

The woman who claims to be an ex-girlfriend of Rose from 2011 to 2013 says that she was asked to join in group sex, allow him to have sexual relations with her friends and pressured her to masturbate in front of him

According to TMZ, the woman -going by Jane Doe- said that she was invited to Rose's assistant, Randall Hampton's home in Aug. 23 where Rose and Ryan Allen were and allegedly slipped a drug in her drink. She later went home with a friend and says the men broke into her apartment and raped her.

In 2013, the couple was reportedly still in a relationship with then fiancé Mieka Reese who allegedly broke up with the athlete for having an affair with a stripper, however, New York City's "The Breakfast Club" radio host Charlamagne Tha God claims that Reese gave Rose the ultimatum: "Marry me or I'm leaving."

Derrick Rose and his longtime girlfriend, Mieka Reese has announced their break up on Instagram with a picture of herself and her toddler son captioned:

"This picture speaks volumes to me... PJ is the center of my life now and Derrick and I work together to co-parent for him. No, Derrick and I are not in a relationship anymore but our friendship has always been there and will continue to grow... Even if our only purpose in life was to create our son, I'm fine with that...My son is the greatest gift I could've asked for.... Happy Sunday."
