Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season, and things are finally heating-up!

The St. Louis Cardinals take the field against rivals the San Francisco Giants in Week 21 of the regular season on Friday, August 28 at 10:15 p.m. EST at AT&T Park in California. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Game 1 evening ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

While St. Louis still remains the top team to beat in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings), San Fran doesn't lag too far behind:

Giants (10): "The offense is sputtering without Hunter Pence and Joe Panik, with Buster Posey hitting .128 since August 14th. The Giants still have to play the Cubs, Cardinals and Dodgers before facing a losing team." Connor Grossman, West Coast Bias

San Francisco currently maintains a steady 68-59 winning record and still remains 2nd in the National League Western Division.

Cardinals (1): "The Cardinals continue to cling to best record in baseball despite a crumbling lineup (rookie star Randal Grichuk, third among the club's batters with 2.9 WAR, is the latest to land on DL)." Matt Philip, Fungoes

With that, St. Louis holds an extremely impressive 82-45 winning record and remains 1st in the National League Central Division after a sweep against the Arizona Diamondbacks earlier this week.

Tonight's ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels MLBN, FSMW, and KNTV.
