Heavy metal band, Metallica continues their partnership with shoemaker, Vans and will be rolling out four new signature shoes.

The shoes will be designed by all the four members of the band - James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo. Each band member will be adding their own variation to the design of the shoes, Loudwire reported.

Videos of the band members giving shape to their signature shoes catering to individual tastes have also been shot.

The first video to debut is that of bassist Robert Trujillo. He is seen interacting with skater Tony Trujillo. The bassist chose a Aztec calendar artwork for his designs which was designed by his wife Chloe.

The video clips featuring the rest of the band members will debut in the coming weeks.

"Singer James Hetfield went the hi-top route, adding in hex-bolt eyelets and his own personal take on the skull and crossbones to be part of the Vans Sk8-Hi Deconstruct," Loudwire reported.

"Drummer Lars Ulrich updated the Era Laceless design with brushed twill materials and a print taken from the diamond plate pattern on his snare drum. He's also added a Dirty Donny character on the inside heel of the shoe."

Kirk Hammett, the guitarist based his designs on the surfing and nature. He choose, "an all-natural upper made of hemp for a collapsible Slip-On. The inside heel is accentuated with a guitar pick inspired by his Ouija guitar and designed by one on Metallica's favorite artists, Dirty Donny."
