Remember that time when Justin Bieber was known for being a singer and entertainer and not just a headline maker or a rowdy, pompous Comedy Central roast star? Well, apparently he's trying to regain that former fame because word has it that he's about to put out a new album. To promote the upcoming album, Bieber will be stopping by The Today Show for a weeklong residency on the famed NBC news series.

Per a report from Rolling Stone, Bieber will first head over to the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this coming Wednesday, Sept. 2 for an appearance and performance, but his weeklong stay on the peacock's morning show will kick off on Sept. 7, and he'll stay until Sept. 11.

Of course, we can't help but think that the Tonight Show host's Bieber impression will be thrown into the mix somewhere in there. At least, we're hoping...

Sure, it's a bit dated, but hey, who wouldn't love to see Fallon dust it off?

Though, in all honesty, maybe more people are hoping for Saturday Night Live star Kate McKinnon's version in 2015...

Per RS, Bieber recently dropped a new single "What Do You Mean?" which you can take a listen to below. His new album is set to drop in November.

The former beau to Selena Gomez is gearing up to perform the new single on Sunday night's showing of the MTV VMAs, which will be hosted by the one and only Miley Cyrus. The young nudist, and former Disney star, recently stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote the upcoming show, sitting down next to Kimmel in a bizarre, and totally NSFW, outfit. You know, pasties over the nipples and all!
