Rob Kardashian Jokes About Weight Gain on Instagram After Shedding Some Pounds

Rob Kardashian's weight struggle has been one that has been highly publicized in the media over the last couple of years, but it seems that the star has finally come to terms with his weight gain and has even started to poke fun at himself. You know what they say -- if you can't laugh at yourself... Now that the star is reportedly on a path to shedding some of the weight, he is joking about his weight gain on Instagram. Over the last couple of weeks, Rob has been heading out with sister Kim Kardashian to get his fitness on, and it seems that he is on his way to a happy and healthier self.

The star took to his Instagram to post a picture from 2011 where he blamed milkshakes for his weight gain over the past four years.

"Started right here with these milkshakes hahaha... #throwbackthursday," the star captioned the picture.

According to Us Weekly, the image was taken in 2011 at the Sugar Factor American Brasserie in Las Vegas. We would definitely be gaining a little bit of poundage if we had access to these delicious looking treats too.

However, Rob looks like he is leaning more on his family these days for help in losing some LBs., as Kim Kardashian took to her Twitter account the other day to post about a hike that she went on with her brother.

"Just went on the hardest hike ever today with @robkardashian," the star wrote on the site earlier this week. "Rise & Grind! Workout time!!!!!

Kardashian's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, also talked to Us Weekly about the former KUWTK star's trainer routine.

"He's always in and out. He makes it work with his schedule and he's on his path," Petersen explained. "In scheme of life this is a chapter, it's not The Book of Rob. Watch him be better than ever. Watch! I'm taking all bets!"
