Prince Harry broke what is family tradition for almost every family and missed his niece, Princess Charlotte's, christening and how now we have learned that Uncle Harry is claiming that he may be a "bad uncle."

According to E! News, Prince Harry actually feels terrible that he couldn't make the important ceremony for his niece, and is still giving himself a hard time about his actions almost two months after Princess Charlotte's christening took place. Harry claims that he should've been there, but it wasn't quite where he wanted to be at the moment.

"What a bad uncle I am!" he joked during an interview. "I should really be there. But today I am here, this is where I want to be."

The 30-year-old was busy working as a volunteer in Namibia. All summer long, Harry has been trying to protect wildlife including, lions, elephants and rhinos from poachers.

Before he took on volunteer work, Prince Harry also traveled to Australia and New Zealand. Those journeys also resulted in the Prince missing the birth of his older brother, Prince William's, daughter.

MStars News previously announced that Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton welcomed their second child, back in May at St. Mary's Hospital.

Princess Charlotte's full name is, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. William's second child was named after her late grandmother, Princess Diana, who died on this very day, August 31 in 1997, 18 years ago.

Princess Diana died in a car crash while in Paris, France at the tender age of 36-years-old. The crash happened in a Paris tunnel, killing the Princess of Wales along with then-beau Dodi Fayed and their driver.

Despite never meeting her late grandmother, Princess Charlotte finally met her uncle, Prince Harry when she was three weeks old.

Harry's busy schedule was the reason for the delay. The two finally laid eyes on each other for the first time at Prince William and Kate Middleton's 10-bedroom Norfolk, England home.

Prince Harry is also the uncle of Prince William and Kate Middleton's son, Prince George, who is now 3-years-old.

With all of these babies starting to join the family, one must wonder if Harry sees himself as a father one day.

He told Sky News, "There comes times when you think now is the time to settle down, or now is not, whatever way it is, but I don't think you can force these things. It will happen when it's going to happen," he explained. "Of course I would love to have kids right now, but there's a process that one has to go through."

He added, "Hopefully I'm doing all right by myself. It would be great to have someone else next to me to share the pressure. But, you know, time will come and whatever happens, happens."

Hopefully Prince Harry meets his lady and has as many kids as his older brother in due time!
