Danielle Staub Engaged, Former 'RHONJ' Star Set to Marry Joe Masalta

First comes Real Housewives, then comes marriage. Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ) star Danielle Staub is about to add the term housewife back to her name. No, not in the way that you were hoping, she won't be coming back to the series for season 7, but instead she is planning on getting married. That's right, Staub, who viewers saw be unlucky in love for the first two seasons of the Bravo series has finally found her prince charming. The starlet has reportedly gotten engaged to her boyfriend Joe Masalta, so apparently Teresa Giudice's former nemesis is headed to the altar.

According to E! News, the speculation surrounding the two's engagement came when Staub's social media friends saw that she changed her relationship status on Facebook from "single" to "engaged." The site is also reporting that Masalta popped the question a couple weeks ago on August 16.

In Touch spoke out to the newly engaged couple, where they got the inside scoop from the two.

"I am thrilled to be engaged to Joseph, he is an extraordinary an honorable man, and I'm happier than I've ever been in my life," Danielle explained of her new fiancé.

Masalta echoed his future wife's sentiments saying, "Danielle is the most beautiful woman I've ever met in my life, inside, and out," adding, "I am head-over-heels in love with her."

While the couple doesn't have a set date yet for the nuptials, they say that they will definitely tie the knot next year.

Danielle also talked to Us Weekly where she explained that "I feel like a big weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, and I am finally happy."
