When it comes to music and management, everyone seems to have their own opinion, but does that mean we can duke it out over comments? MStars News has learned that some of the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta crew, including Ms. Deb, Dawn, Tony Vick, and Mimi Faust, had a few disagreements that turned into a some ultimate shade in regards to what a manager is.

In the video below, Deb Antney (who has been respected for managing her on own son, Waka Flocka Flame, and rappers like Gucci Mane) gives her input on management after Faust's business soured with her pal Dawn, only to get slammed by others.

When everyone was asked, "What does it take to be a good manager?" Tony Vick, who managed his wife Kalenna Harper's up and down career, said, "You gotta do it all. You can't say 'you don't do this and you don't do that.'"

Ms. Deb chimed in, "The definition of a manager is that you manage an individual that has a career."

Vick said, "I'm tired of managers saying, 'I don't go on the road I don't sit in the studio with my artist, I don't do this, I don't do that."'

Was he throwing pure shade at Ms. Deb? If you are a fan of the show, then you probably remember when Harper went to Ms. Deb for management after her husband dropped out from helping her. That arrangement took a turn as Harper was left fighting with Waka Flocka's wife, Tammy Rivera, and her former pal, Rasheeda.

"Everybodies using manager role loosely," Deb claimed.

"I've been managing for over 16 years," Dawn revealed. Ms Deb threw some shade, claiming she thought Dawn was a "booking agent."

Dawn explained that she was "all [of] the above." She said that a booking agent "takes care of the artist." That list includes, "booking their show, making sure they're on time, preparing flights. It's a lot that goes with that. Booking agent and management goes hand and hand."

Ms. Deb didn't agree, she claimed an agent is totally different. "You have to know the game." She laughed because she believed all of these so-called managers are "all a joke" to her. "It's a big job."

Harper gave her two cents and said that an artist and a manager's connection is like a marriage. "They're counting your money, they're talking to executives on your behalf...they need to know everything and every part about you. Your manager manages your imagination, your creativity, your dreams."

Waka Flocka's mom came back and said, "This sh*t is serious." She explains, "Being a woman and fighting in this game ain't no time for no bs." As for Mimi Faust's new management team, MF Management, Deb said: "F*ck that!"

"I'm not hating but the name itself speaks for itself, and I so love her but that's not...," Deb said without finishing.

Hilarious!
