5 Thoughts On Christian Slater, Rami Malek, Portia Doubleday's 'Mr. Robot' Episode 6-10 On USA

USA Network aired the highly anticipated season finale, Mr. Robot. This is the perfect opportunity to check out episode 6 through 10, starring Christian Slater (Mr. Robot), Portia Doubleday (Angela) and Rami Malek (Elliot) as they all came together against Evil Corp.

As we previously mentioned, Mr. Robot centers on a young and isolated programmer named Elliot (Malek). Suffering from an anti-social disorder, Elliot can only connect to people by actually hacking them. Elliot is then recruited to join an underground hacker organization determined to bring down corporate America by a mysterious anarchist named Mr. Robot (Slater).

5) Shayla, Don't Leave Me!

In episode, eps1.5_br4ve-trave1er.asf, the race was on as Elliot risked everything to save his girlfriend, Shayla (Frankie Shaw), from her psycho gangster boyfriend. After freeing Vera from his prison, along with the rest of the prisoners, Elliot was handed the keys to the car. Twitter went crazy after Elliot discovered Shayla dead, the first death count of the show, in the trunk of the car.

4) An American Psycho That Guy Is!

While eps1.6_v1ew-s0urce.flv started out with a sweet and heartbreaking flashback, with Elliot remembering how he first met Shayla, the episode didn't start cooking until Tyrell Wellick (Martin Wallström) showed up. In a shocking and disturbing scene, as FKA Twigs' Two Weeks played in the background, Tyrell seduced his target, but ended up strangling her to death. Wallstrom gives such a creepy performance, and still I'm rooting for the bad guy to get away with murder! What up with that?

3) The Kiss That Started It All

In eps1.7_wh1ter0se.m4v, Elliot ended up kissing Darlene (Carly Chaikin) on the lips. Revolted by the kiss, Darlene asked him if he remembered who she really is. Elliot struggled with the fact that he didn't remember Darlene is actually his sister. This got the ball rolling as the show answered the most-talked about question, "Who is Mr. Robot?"

2) I Am Your Father

The big plot twist was finally revealed in eps1.8_m1rr0r1ng.qt, but I'm pretty sure we all expected it, Mr. Robot was actually Elliot's father. Just because the show was answering questions, that doesn't mean it didn't stop dishing out more questions. What was going to happen to FSociety now that Elliot and Tyrell were working together?

1) World Destruction

The season finale had everything! A man blowing his brains out on live TV! Angela being seduced by Evil Corp to join the dark side! Where the hell is Tyrell? But the biggest moment was how the show outdid Tom Cruise's Vanilla Sky and emptied out Times Square! As the FSociety march grew to millions, Elliot screamed and wished the masked protesters all away. I cannot believe they did that on a TV budget!

Bonus: In the post-credits scene, The White Rose (B.D. Wong) showed up at an Evil Corp banquet, revealing he's one of them. Playing both sides against each other, FSociety and Evil Corp, White Rose just wants to see Rome burn. When is Season 2 getting here?!?
