The September 7, 2015 episode of WWE's Monday Night Raw emanates live from the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore and the results feature a horrible night for Seth Rollins prior to Night of Champions in two weeks.

The show, of course, begins with WWE World Heavyweight Champion and WWE United States Champion Seth Rollins, who informs the crowd that he is a once in a lifetime attraction. He is the only man to cash in his Money in the Bank contract at WrestleMania. He beat the invincible Brock Lesnar and then took out John Cena.

Rollins then moves onto Sting and says he will destroy The Icon's legacy at Night of Champions. As for Cena, the champ says he was angry at having two matches at first, but now he's glad he gets the opportunity to beat two future Hall of Famers in the same night.

Sting appears on the TitanTron and says he has Rollins' statue. He dares him to come and get it, and cleans off the statue's face as the video cuts out.

Rollins tries to figure out what to do, and Sheamus comes out. He says Rollins looks concerned about his situation at Night of Champions, and Rollins says he's only worried about getting his statue back. Sheamus says he's stupid, and Rollins replies that he looks stupid, like Ronald McDonald. Sheamus points out that he still has the Money in the Bank briefcase, so Rollins might have three matches at Night of Champions.

Backstage, Stephanie McMahon is on her phone when a crazed Rollins comes in and demands help with Sting. Stephanie tells him she has a plan, but Rollins frantically searches for Triple H, who is literally hanging out right behind him. Triple H and Stephanie remind Rollins that he is the man now, and they also book Randy Orton vs. Sheamus for later in the night. Furthermore, he says Rollins will warm up tonight with two matches: he will face Ryback, and then he will team with The New Day to take on The Primetime Players and John Cena.

Sasha Banks defeats Paige when the latter gets distracted by Naomi and Tamina Snuka after she locked in the Scorpion Crosslock. This allowed Sasha to roll her up for the win.

Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns defeat The Ascension with a Doomsday Device and a spear. The Wyatt Family then appears on the TitanTron. Braun Stwoman tells us that it's alright to be afraid, while Bray Wyatt says the apocalypse arrives at Night of Champions. Luke Harper says "run."

Renee Young interviews Ryback about his match with Seth Rollins, and The Big Guy says the Intercontinental Championship belongs to fighting champions, while Rollins is a weasel. He gives the champ his due but promises to take him out with a Meathook Clothesline and a Shell Shock. Kevin Owens shows up during the promo munching on an apple. Ryback asks him what he wants, and Owens claims he just wants to wish him luck. Ryback doesn't believe him, and Owens tells him not to bite off more than he can chew.

We see a tabloid-like presentation of the drama among Rusev, Summer Rae, Lana, and Dolph Ziggler.

Ryback defeats Seth Rollins with a roll up when Sting shows up on the TitanTron again to distract Rollins. After the bell, Sting appears on the screen again and puts a Sting mask on the Rollins statue.

Rollins is backstage calling out for Sting when The New Day shows up and does their usual routine. This does nothing but anger Rollins, but Xavier Woods then points out that Edge and Christian are here. Edge gets in Rollins' face about the last time they were in the same room (on the last Raw of 2014, in which Rollins infamously tried to murder Edge). Rollins leaves in a huff.

Woods then plays the Final Fantasy victory song on his trombone, which prompts Christian to play "New...Day Sucks" on his kazoo. Big E then eats the kazoo and spits it out. They tease a fight until the Dudley Boyz show up. Bubba Ray says they have a match with The Primetime Players next week, and the winner gets a Tag Team Championship match at Night of Champions. The Dudley Boyz do the "New...Day Sucks" chant, except they say "Get...The Tables." New Day leaves, and Edge and Christian join in the chant as Edge plays another Kazoo.

Summer Rae hits the ring and says this has been an awful week. She says Rusev is the true victim in all this, and she calls him to the ring to apologize. She eventually breaks down crying and says she kissed Ziggler, and the crowd proceeds to boo her and chant "boring." Rusev grabs the mic and says Summer Rae betrayed him, but he accepts her apology because this is all Ziggler's fault. He says Lana is the real victim for losing him, and she is not here tonight because of a broken heart, not a broken wrist (Lana legitimately injured her wrist while training).

Ziggler comes out and implies he had a sexual encounter with Lana. He says Rusev and Summer Rae's lies are only bringing him and Lana closer together. Ziggler has a message for Rusev from Lana, and it's a superkick. Rusev ans Summer run away.

Randy Orton defeats Sheamus with an RKO. After the match, The Wyatt Family attacks Orton. Braun Strowman chokes him unconscious and drops him with his finisher.

The Dudley Boyz defeat Los Matadores after a miscommunication with El Torito, and Los Matadores attack the little bull after the match. The Dudleys save him and put one of the Matadores through a table.

We learn that Ziggler will face Rusev at Night of Champions.

Cesaro defeats The Miz by count out when Big Show comes out and chases Miz out of the arena. Remember, Miz cost Show the Intercontinental Championship last week. An angry Show hits Cesaro with a KO Punch for good measure.

Team Bella comes out, and Nikki Bella brings up her countdown clock. She says next week when she breaks the record she will have a huge "Bellabration" for her accomplishment. Team PCB comes out and Charlotte says The Authority granted her request to have their Divas Championship match next week on Raw, so Charlotte will stop the clock and stop Nikki's quest. They attack the Bellas, and Charlotte locks the champion in the Figure Eight.

John Cena and The Primetime Players defeat Seth Rollins and The New Day when Cena drops Kofi Kingston with the Attitude Adjustment. Cena does the Millions of Dollars dance with the PTP and they leave. Rollins fumes in the ring and Sting appears on the TitanTron once again. He says Seth is having a rough night and turns on the lights. He is backstage with a garbage truck and tips the statue into the back, where it gets crushed. He rides away on the truck as Rollins throws a fit in the ring. He hops up on the announce table with his two belts as the show goes off the air.
