It looks like Yung Berg's baby mama, Beanna McFerren, isn't playing any games with the rapper. MStars News has learned that she threw child support and a paternity test suit in his face!

According to Bossip, Beanna McFerren has a special needs son with the former Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star who seems to have no care in the world, which has led courts to move in and take care of business. This action is taking place almost a decade after the two had a relationship and a child back in Chicago.

"It's not about me or him," McFerren told the infamous gossip site. "We can be two adults and he be there for his son. He needs a father in his life. If he doesn't want to be in his life, then let us at least see his family."

McFerren said that she has tried to find Berg and get him to pay child support but couldn't pinpoint where he was. But finally, McFerren was able to find the rapper and serve him with court orders. The hairstylist and mother-of-one claims that Berg has denied their son since birth.

Berg, whose real name is Christian Ward, wanted McFerren to have an abortion, but went missing when it was time to pay for the procedure. After having her son and finally finding Berg in Atlanta at that time, he was an up-and-coming rapper and finally got a break with his hit song, "Sexy Can I."

In the snapshot below, McFerren showed a photo of her son right beside his father, Berg. The two appear to look similar! The hairstylist called Berg a "Deadbeat" in the caption of the snapshot.

"My son is a 12-year-old boy now," McFerren revealed of her autistic boy. "It just pisses me off that he doesn't want to admit (paternity). I'll pay for the paternity test."

The single mom claimed that her son has been affected not having his father in his life. He even asks where his dad is at times.

"I tell him, 'He's in L.A., working hard,"' McFerren explained. "He asks, 'Why won't he talk to me?'"

A judge is scheduled to take on the case next month.

McFerren claims that she's just worried about her son's well-being.

"I would like him to set aside whatever he feels," she said. "It's not about him. It's about our son."

Hopefully some good things comes out of this situation.
