Justin Bieber Smoking Weed, Partying, Hooking Up Leads to Rehab? Mom Pattie Mallette 'Scared,' Stages Selena Gomez 'Intervention'

Rumors surrounding the highly-publicized Jelena breakup still continue to swirl - were Justin Bieber's alleged hard-partying, weed-smoking, cheating ways too much for Selena Gomez to handle? Apparently, the Biebs' recent rowdy behavior is getting way too out of hand... and his mom Pattie Mallette is worried. She's supposedly so scared that she even wants her 18-year-old son to enter rehab, and she's enlisted the help of his former flame to stage an "intervention." According to a report by Gossip Cop, such rumors are totally false...

A rather shady report in Star magazine claims, "On the heels of his heartbreaking Grammy snub and breakup from Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber's reckless partying has his loved ones scared to death and begging him to enter rehab!"

The tabloid goes on to discuss the Biebs' recent alleged wild behavior... smoking weed, drinking the street cocktail "sizzurp," and hooking up with random girls (including nursing student/model Milyn 'Mimi' Jenson).

Most of this is old news, and Beliebers have come to ignore the sensationalized gossip surround the "Beauty and a Beat" crooner. But this time around, Star takes things one step further...

An alleged insider tells the gossip rag, "He's spiraling fast. Everyone in his inner circle is talking about staging an intervention." Things have gotten so out-of-hand with the pop megastar, that worried mom Pattie has even turned to Gomez for advice, "[She's] so scared about Justin's emotional state and crazy partying that she even enlisted Selena to talk some sense into him... She's at her wits' end and hopes that Selena can still have an effect on Justin."

FYI - the National Enquirer ran a very similar sensationalized report (last month).

A friend close to the Biebs informs Gossip Cop that such reports are "completely bogus... Mallette has made no such request of Gomez."

So take that, Bieber haters. It doesn't look like the Biebs plans on entering rehab anytime soon. Bieber's a young adult, constantly berated by the Hollywood limelight. He's bound to make an innocent mistake or two, right?
