Taylor Swift's Ex-Boyfriend, Conor Kennedy Arrested Outside Of White House With Dad, Robert F. Kennedy Jr [PHOTOS]

Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend, Conor Kennedy is proving to being a true rebel after getting arrested outside of the White House. The son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was photographed being handcuffed along with his father and actress Daryl Hannah during their protest against proposed Keystone XL tar sands pipeline Wednesday.

The Kennedy family members and Hannah were, "taken away from the White House in handcuffs, both Kennedys were driven to a Park Police station and released after paying a fine," according to the Sierra Club's press release. Now making his political mark, Conor was pasted over every media site about his brief relationship with Taylor Swift shortly after his mother, Mary Richardson Kennedy's suicide.

According to the executive director of the environmental group, Michael Brune the Kennedy's are now activists with the Sierra Club, "For the first time in the Sierra Club's 120-year history, we have joined the ranks of visionaries of the past and present to engage in civil disobedience, knowing that the issue at hand is so critical, it compels the strongest defensible action."  Brune added, "We cannot afford to allow the production, transport, export and burning of the dirtiest oil on Earth via the Keystone XL pipeline. President Obama must deny the pipeline and take decisive steps to address climate disruption, the most significant issue of our time."
