Black Ink Crew reality star, Dutchess warns new apprentice Tyler Mac to stay focused or get the boot like their former apprentice, Donna.

After Donna got the boot from the shop, they warned Tyler to make sure he got his act together or that he would have the same problems, "Tracing over some of Cease's sh*t. You know what I'm saying. Just being a apprentice," he told her.

"Good, 'cause you know what happened to the last one. Some folks just don't learn," She added, "Donna f*cked up terribly at the shop. She did a terrible job planning, she wasn't that organized. I mean look at the poor child, her own appearance isn't organized." She explained that Donna may have ruined her own career in the tattoo industry before it even started. "It's really a dead cause to even think of Donna's role in the tattoo industry because we were her first foot in the industry and she kind of cut that ankle off."

"You watched me talk to her several times." She told Tyler, "Tattoo game. You gonna learn this is some loyal, loyal sh*t. Once you cross certain lines in this industry, you're a** can get blackballed. Won't nobody f*ck with you."

Donna tried to apologize to Dutchess for nearly getting her boyfriend and her former boss, Ceasar into an altercation because of an argument they had over her apprenticeship and inappropriate name calling.

Donna explained that she came to the Big Apple to work on the show and deeply regrets the fight, "I moved to New York to work at Black Ink so at the end of the day my loyalty is to Black Ink. I came to make my peace, it's no beef, somebody jump you, some sh*t pop off, call me I'm there. But how do you feel about me coming back the shop?"

Immediately, Donna's apology was shut down with a big "N-O" from Dutchess.
