Chris Brown has finally settled his beef with a Gay Pride Weekend promoter after the "Loyal" singer was a no-show for an allegedly booked club appearance. The R&B crooner came under fire earlier this summer, as a promoter accused him of bailing on an appearance he believed to have booked him for, which was set to be at a gay nightclub. After the two went back and forth about his no-show to the club, where he was supposed to introduce his close friend Teyana Taylor, who recently announced her pregnancy, for her set performance, they have settled their differences.

TMZ reports that Breezy will have to give the Gay Pride Weekend promoter $12,500 for the no-show, and that the singer really was not informed of the fact that he was booked by the talent agency to perform at the night club. The agency claims that they did not inform Brown of the gig, being that the event promoters allegedly used the wrong photo of him on their posters, which breached their contract.

Brown also took to his Instagram page to blast TMZ for their story, where he wrote a lengthy statement on how he was portrayed with the story. He makes sure to first say that he was never booked for the gig in the first place, and then continues to write a personal message to Harvey, who runs the website:

“But all these false stories to bring your site traffic is corny. But find another person to drag through the mud of lies. I know I'm talented but I'm not running for president any time soon so fall back wit all the nonsense,” he writes on the photo’s caption, which is a screenshot of TMZ’s site headline.

So far, the promoters have not received their $12,500 check from Breezy’s talent agency, and they are threatening to sue if they don’t get it sometime soon.
