Chris Brown And Drake Lawsuits Against Each Other: Brown Threatened By A Heckler, Asks Him If His Car Is Bulletproof

R&B singer Chris Brown and songwriter Drake are filing lawsuits against one another on who will be paying for the damages for the New York nightclub brawl, June 2012.

Both of them are filing cases against each other due to a third party case that was filed by a French model Romain Julien, Feb. 14. He claimed in the lawsuit that he suffered injuries during the bar fight between Brown and Drake after the two groups threw bottles against each other.

Now both the stars are pointing fingers at each other and claiming that the other is responsible for the fight and hence have to pay up for the damages.

While Brown claims in his lawsuit that he was not intoxicated that day and said he did not receive any note from Drake reagarding Rihanna. Julien's injury was caused by "unidentified individuals who were unassociated with Brown and not by Brown or any individuals under his control," said the court documents, E! Online reported.

Drake claimed that the injury to Julien was the handiwork of Brown and his group.

In August 2012, owner of nightclub, filed a case against Brown and Drake for the damages. Two other women have also filed lawsuit against both of the stars after one of them had to get twelve stitches for the injuries sustained. Apart from them, NBA star Tony Parker too has sued these stars. The damages being asked are close to $16 million.

Brown Was Asked By A Heckler If His Car Is Bulletproof

Brown was heckled as he was getting inside a car when he was yelled-at by a heckler who dropped some N-bombs.

The incident took place outside the L.A. nightclub "Playhouse" Feb. 14.  When Brown was about to leave in his Lamborghini, a man came to him and yelled, "I ain't never seen a ni**er jump in a car that fast, ni**er," TMZ reported.

"Yo, scary-ass Chris is that motherfu**er bulletproof?" he added.

Brown gets angry and asks the heckler if he is bulletproof and the man replies, "I'm a crip ni**er, hell yeah, I'm bulletproof!"

Brown later makes his way off before dropping, "Don't get f**ked up out here, my n**ga."
