Wendy Williams Son's Rehab For Synthetic Marijuana Addiction [VIDEO]

Daytime talk show host, Wendy Williams admits to send her teenage son, Kevin to rehab after getting addicted to synthetic marijuana.

The Wendy Williams Show has opened up for her seventh season and the former radio host opened up about her private life to her audience after having some serious family problems over the summer. The host admitted that her life was flipped upside down when she learned her son was addicted to synthetic marijuana after a close family member who he looked up to turned him on to the drug.

 "It's one of those pens where you don't see the smoke and you don't smell anything." Wendy admitted that's he was always checking up on her child's personal life and was completely surprised by his addiction, "Our kid had been smoking this mess. He got turned out...to the point where he went off the rails for a moment."

The 51-year-old celebrity said that she struggled to go on her comedy tour while her son faced his addiction in rehab, "I'm trying to make funny on the tour, but in actuality my heart is breaking and my kid could have been dead." She told her fans that she and her husband decided to send her son out of the country to get a hold of the addiction, "To the parents and guardians who are watching right now, just talk to your kids. Fortunately, Kevin has two parents who took harness of the thing. We took him out of the country for holistic treatment. We didn't want to pump with psychiatric drugs." adding, "I'm glad to say our boy is on the good side of good now."
