American Horror Story is just a few weeks away from debuting the Hotel installment of the FX horror anthology, but creator Ryan Murphy continues to tease fans with little preview clips. While we have seen some spooky ones in the past couple of weeks, including one where a person was sown into a mattress, and even one where a person with skin covering their eyes tries desperately to get into one of the hotel rooms, this newest trailer might just be the creepiest yet. Titled, "Locked Up," the season five preview is sure to make fans cringe.

The clip, which was exclusively posted to FX's YouTube page, shows off the arms of a junkie. However, instead of the character shooting a needle into their veins, the needle has been replaced by a key, and the vein by a keyhole.

According to Entertainment Tonight, it was revealed by Murphy that this season would bring drugs and addiction to the forefront, especially with Max Greenfield and Sarah Paulson's characters. It was also Murphy who teased that one of these characters would have a pretty gruesome scene in the upcoming season.

He explained that it would be the AHS newbie, and New Girl actor, who would be tackling what the creator coined, "the most disturbing scene we've ever done."

So just for reference, this will be worse than Paulson's character in season two terminating her pregnancy with a wire hanger, and worse than all of Dandy and Twisty's murders from Season 4? Good to know.

Well, we guess we better prepare ourselves to have some twisted nightmares, as it was revealed that the funny actor underwent a pretty gruesome transformation for the role. Not only did he "cut off his beautiful hair," to play junky Gabriel, but he also "lost 30 pounds," according to TV Line.

Sarah Paulson also described her character of Sally, as a "nasty girl."

The new season of AHS:Hotel will debut Oct. 7 at 10 p.m. on FX.
