Karlie Tomica has been charged with four felony charges after hitting and killing a well-known Miami chef with her car. The 20-year-old Miami "party princess" was officially charged in a Miami-Dade courtroom Friday with: DUI manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident involving death, DUI property damage, and resisting arrest without violence.

On Monday, the young woman struck and killed executive chef Stefano Riccioletti near his job. Tomica was described as being "really drunk" by a witness while she was driving a 2007 Dodge Charger along Collins Avenue in Miami Beach killing the 49-year-old.

Tomica was getting off from working at Nikki Beach. Prosecutors asked for her bond to be raised to $75,000 after they told the court that she "actively evaded the [Good Samaritan] and even made U-turns to attempt to lose the car following her." The grant was accepted and the bond was raised to $77,000 and the party queen has to wear a GPA monitor and must attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every week.

Prosecutors said that there was evidence of the human remains as well as alcohol on Tomica, "Brain or flesh particulate was apparent in her hair," they added on her sense of "impairment, as well as an odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage."

According to CBS Miami, Riccioletti's wife, Patrizia Pesce said, "She needs to feel the pain that we are feeling," she added, "She really hit him hard. And she destroyed him. It wasn't easy to see him like that."

A Good Samaritan and witness was recorded telling a 911 dispatcher,  "I'm actually just following a car that just hit a man on Collins Avenue," the witness said. "As far as I know, at this time, she must have killed him."
