Emmy Awards 2015 Opening Cameos: Best of Andy Samberg’s FOX Show Kick Off

Andy Samberg kicked off the 2015 Emmy Awards with a song, which is probably something we're not at all surprised about given the fact that he's part of The Lonely Island. Mocking The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt – meaning of course that he went into a hole for a year to watch just about every show on TV (except for Castle) to get ready for his job as the Emmys host – the opening was filled with cameos from oh-so-many stars.

Let's take a look at some of the best cameos who showed up in the opener.

JON HAMM
Don Draper (not really) showed up just as Samberg got out of his hole. Unfortunately he had to deal with the stench coming off of the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star.

WILL FORTE
Putting Andy Samberg next to Last Man on Earth's Will Forte is never a zero. Dress Forte up as a pirate and now you've got gold!

BOB ODENKIRK
Better Call Saul's Bob Odenkirk appeared in the sketch (in some very hip attire, we must say) urging Samberg on, and helped him get the courage to deliver some cutting edge humor. But of course, not too edgy.

BILLY EICHNER
Difficult People's Billy Eichner showed up seeing his "papa" Andy Samberg after the Emmys host was stuck in his hole watching television for a year straight. It was short, but it was great.
