'RHOA' Peter Thomas, Cynthia Bailey Divorce Rumors Addressed On Instagram

Real Housewives Atlanta reality star, Cynthia Bailey wishes her husband, Peter Thomas a happy birthday on Instagram following their cheating scandal which will play out this season.

Oct.1, the former super model posted a photo of her and her husband captioning the photo, "What's meant to be will always find a way. Happy Birthday to my handsome husband @peterthomasrhoa. I love u #libraseason #married5years#birthdayfollow#godknowswhathesdoing"

Peter posted a similar video announcing his big birthday weekend in an Instagram video telling fans, "Ok people it's my birthday." He said smiling, "I'm a get turned up the whole god*mn weekend and I'm starting now. Love you! Thank you."

In a scene, Cynthia Bailey's marriage seems to be rocky after a video of Peter Thomas flirting with another woman goes viral. In a conversation with her sister, Cynthia confirms their marital home is drowning, "Peter doesn't have my attention."

Early this year, Peter was caught in camera getting to cozy with another woman and the reality star says that it appeared innocent until she saw him touching her inappropriately. She told, Ryan Cameron Morning Show, "I'm not gonna set his clothes on fire but we gon' talk about these things. I'm gonna need him to be a little bit more careful about who he's kissing on, or looking like he's kissing on, or putting his hands on the neck, or grazing the breasts...The neck thing was definitely a little weird," Bailey said."

Later, Peter apologized, "There's stuff all over the Instagram that made me look like a big a** cheater. That's not what it is that's a friend of mine in the club that I was talking to. Looks crazy, I know it does. So I'm apologizing to my wife. I'm apologizing to two beautiful daughters. Ok, your daddy's not a cheater."
