It looks like Lady Gaga is already having surgery on her injured hip. The same hip that forced her to cancel her "Born This Way Ball" tour, costing her millions of dollars.

@ladygaga tweeted the following Wednesday:

"Going in for surgery now. Thank you so much for sending me love and support. I will be dreaming of you."

Hopefully she will be able to tweet as soon as she gets out of surgery so she can let her fans know how it went. As was reported on Mstarz, Lady Gaga's injured hip may have cost her as much as $30 million!

Tests revealed she had a labral tear of the right hip, which required surgery and rest. As a result, she had to cancel her remaining tour dates and the remaining North American leg of the tour.

Gaga took to Twitter when she revealed she would be canceling the rest of her tour.

"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now,over the past month it has worsened," Gaga tweeted. "I've been praying it would heal."

Gaga continued, "I hid it from my staff, I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't. It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, she added, "I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and Im sorry."

Gaga's "little monsters" will have to wait and see how the pop superstar does in surgery before finding out when she might be able to go back on tour. However, fans may have to wait some time before Lady Gaga is able to get back on stage again.

There is good news for Gaga's fans. Now that she is getting surgery done, Gaga can start recuperating and resting. It may take a few months, but at least now there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
