According to some compiled reports from experts over on Fantasy Pros, waiver wire rankings are promising for week four. Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams tops the waiver wire pickups this week, while other names like Thomas Rawls, Lance Dunbar, Rishard Matthews, Marvin Jones and many more are worth considering as well.

R.J. White  of CBS Sportsnames Karlos Williams as his top waiver wire pick because he "has been a beast in Buffalo. Despite seeing fewer carries than starter LeSean McCoy, he's the team leader in rushing yards, more than doubling McCoy's per-carry average. His success doesn't come as a total shock, as he posted the best Speed Score at the combine this year"
