WWE 'NXT' Results 9/30/15: Final Show Before 'NXT Takeover: Respect'

The September 30, 2015 episode of WWE's NXT airs on the WWE Network and serves at the final show before NXT Takeover: Respect in one week, which will feature a main event of Bayley vs. Sasha Banks in a 30-minute Iron Woman match for the NXT Women's Championship. We've got full results from the show right here, so let's get to it.

The show begins with an update on the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament. Last weekend at a house show in Florida, Chad Gable and Jason Jordan defeated The Hype Bros (Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley) to advance to the semifinals next week. They will face Rhyno and Baron Corbin at NXT Takeover: Respect.

Finn Balor and Samoa Joe defeat Enzo Amore and Big Cass in the second round of the tournament to advance to the semifinals. Enzo and Cass hit their finisher on Samoa Joe, but he kicks out. He then rolls through and hits a Muscle Buster on Enzo. Balor then finishes things with the Coup de Grace.

Apollo Crews defeats Johnny Gargano. The indy star hits his roll through kick but only got a two count. Crews then rallies and hits a deadlift vertical suplex, followed by several clotheslines, a stinger splash, and another clothesline. He finishes it up with a gorilla press slam for the win.

Backstage, General Manager William Regal talks to Emma and Dana Brooke. He tells the two women that because they interrupted Asuka's contract signing last week, Brooke will face her in a match at NXT Takeover: Respect. Brooke tries to downplay this, but Regal takes his laptop and shows the two women some footage of Asuka's matches in Japan. Brooke quickly gets a look of terror on her face. Emma tells her "good luck with that" and leaves.

Despite her impending doom, Dana Brooke and Emma defeat Billie Kay and Peyton Royce when Brooke hits Billie with a Michinoku Driver for the win.

Tyler Breeze defeats Tommaso Ciampa in the main event when he loses his cool after Ciampa kicks out of a midair dropkick. Prince Pretty goes crazy and repeatedly stomps Ciampa in the corner. The Duke of Delish finishes the match with an Unprettier.
