Caleb Logan Bratayley Mystery Death Revealed: Youtube Teen Medical Emergency, No Drug Suicide

Reports now confirm that 13-year-old Youtube sensation Caleb Logan Bratayley died of an unknown "medical emergency" earlier this month. Drugs and suicide were allegedly not involved in Logan's shocking death. So, what really could've happened?

According to sources for the popular gossip webloid TMZ, young Logan did not have a history with depression or illegal substances. An investigation is currently underway, and the coroner will have more answers soon. What's known for sure is that a 911 call was placed Thursday evening (October 1), and Logan was later pronounced dead at the local hospital. Family, friends, and fans continue mourning the teen's sudden passing.

In a recent interview with HollywooLife.com, Dr. Bruce Lee (MD) describes some sorrowful circumstances that may have led to Logan's untimely death:

"The most common causes of death, in order, between the ages of 10 and 14 are: An accident, cancer, suicide, homicide, congenital anomalies (birth defects) and heart disease, mainly cardiac arrhythmia."

If Logan did suffer from an undetected cancer, the coroner will discover the cause in his autopsy. As for an uncommon birth defect?

"Sometimes there are heart anomalies that go undetected," Dr. Lee explains. "The heart could be functioning fine one day and give out the next. If it's determined that this was the cause of Caleb's death, his siblings should be checked." 

Finally, heart diseases or cardiac arrhythmia:

"This could go unnoticed and mainly occurs in males that just automatically drop dead while playing sports," Dr. Lee reveals. "People can develop it or are born with it, and it's one of the leading causes of sudden death. Arrhythmia means the electrical pathways in the heart do not function normally. If the pathways are disturbed, then the heart doesn't pump we'll, so less blood goes to the body and brain. It can be difficult to detect because one minute the heart is beating normally, and the next it's beating irregularly. When someone dies from arrhythmia, they could first have a shortness of breath, then they may get dizzy and pass out and never wake up." 

The Bratayley's have yet to release more details, so stay tuned as more information develops.
