Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is not surprisingly dating another bad boy. While her past relationships included boyfriends who had been arrested multiple times, it wasn't a shock to fans when it was revealed her current beau David Eason spent time in prison on various charges. However, the MTV star is now defending him against the haters.

"She's telling friends he's not a bad guy. He's a sweetheart and he makes her so f**king happy," a source told Radar Online. "He's a true southern gentleman."

Apparently, the North Carolina welder has been wooing Jenelle, which is a major change from the constant fighting she endured with ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith.

"[David] hung up a picture for her with lights because she mentioned before she went to the gym that she wanted it done. Her jaw dropped when she got home and saw it. And he was making her dinner," the source said. "Chicken Alfredo with onions and peppers and green beans because it is her favorite. He made his own version and she loved it. She says that it has been pretty awesome having help around the house."

Never a dull moment with you babe!

The mother of two reportedly doesn't care that her new man had been arrested years ago for breaking and entering, larceny and damaging property because the pair have been getting to know each other quickly.

"David comes to spend time with her when he isn't working but he works five days a week," the source went on. "It's all good because life is perfect since she moved and she is stress free."

Jenelle recently told Perez Hilton that after everything Nathan put her through she "got over it and we're able to co-parent" adorable little Kaiser. There was a chance the reality dad would take his ex to court for custody, but it looks like that isn't going to happen.

"He isn't going to file for custody, he told her. But she has built up anger towards him for how he treated her. She sees that how happy she is now shows how badly she was treated and it makes her mad," according to Radar.

Do you think the Teen Mom 2 troublemaker should be worried about her boyfriend's criminal past?
