'RHOC' Reunion Spoilers: Vicki Gunvalson Preparing for Brooks Ayers Cancer Drama

We all knew that after the tumultuousness that was Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the reunion to follow would be a one crazy roller coaster ride. Well, our suspicions were correct, as reports are coming out saying that the sit down, which took place on Thursday, October 1, might be the craziest reunion of them all. With major drama between the housewives including the Brooks Ayers mystery cancer diagnosis and newbie star Meghan King Edmond's feud with almost everyone on the cast, including Vicki Gunvalson, this is one episode that shouldn't be missed.

Radar Online reported on the filming before it happened, saying the ladies were prepared for a full day of bashing and rehashing all the drama that took place over the last couple of months.

"The ladies will be filming at an undisclosed location in Los Angeles with Andy Cohen and the entire cast," an insider explained to the news site. "They'll arrive on the set for hair and make-up by 8 a.m., and will start filming at 9 a.m. They've been told filming will go for the entire day."

While Gunvalson might be the most experienced with reunions, it seems that she is the housewife that is the most apprehensive about this one, according to The Inquistr.

"Vicki is just dreading the entire thing because of all of the drama surrounding Brooks and the cancer diagnosis," a source explained. "She is going into the reunion flying blind because Brooks has given a tell-all interview to Andy that will be featured during the reunion. She has no idea what Brooks told him, and she is angry at Bravo for putting her in an impossible situation."

Ayers and Gunvalson announced their breakup recently, which we previously reported, but now fans will get to learn the status of the pair's relationship following the conclusion of filming this past season.

Radar is also reporting that the two "have continued to stay in touch," and "they even have spent time together at Vicki's house in Orange County."

The site goes one step further to say that despite the breakup rumors that "no one is buying that they are really broken up."

All will be revealed in the coming weeks when the reunion episodes begin to air later this month.
