Jessie James Has More Diaper Duty With 1-Month Old Baby Boy Eric Decker II Than With Daughter

When it comes to diaper duty, it appears that Jessie James is doing all of the dirty work if you ask her husband, Eric Decker. The couple welcomed their second child together on September 3, and baby boy Eric Thomas Decker II is now officially 1 month old, joining his adorable big sister, Vivianne Rose, who is 1.

According to People, the wide receiver claimed that his wife was changing more diapers this time around. "With my daughter, I would say it was me," Eric, 28, told the magazine."Now with the little boy, for sure her. It always works that way, with the dad and the little girl and the mom and the little boy. But all the kids are doing great, and it's just so fun."

He added that comparing one child to now having two is really crazy, and sharing was a challenge. "It's so different, having two compared to one, because the dynamic is so crazy. You're so focused on having one and giving all your attention: Now you've got to figure out how to share all that attention; how to be able to have them together."

When it comes to her new big sister role, papa Eric claims that Vivi understands she has a baby brother. "She understands it's her little brother, so it's really about showing her how great of a big sister she is and supporting her that way."

Eric also claimed that his wife was breastfeeding their son, and getting back into the groove of things. "She's looking great, she's feeling great. She's breastfeeding, so obviously that's very important with the little boy," he explained of his wife. "And she's starting to get back into her career now - a successful pregnancy, the baby boy's healthy, and now Mommy gets to work a little bit."

Mama bear also shared an image of her son and herself as she appeared restless and joked about being tired from nursing her baby boy. "This is the face of a mama who hasn't slept in over a week and nips look like a dog mangled them. But that's ok, all worth it for this little nugget haha I can't stop kissing him and smelling him. I love new born smell," she captioned the photo below. [sic]

Despite living on the east coast where Eric plays for the New York Jets, Jessie James revealed that she decided to give birth to her son where Vivianne Rose was born. Both children were born in Castle Rock, CO at the Castle Rock Hospital.

The Country singer posted a snapshot of her post-birth body along with her friend and revealed that she stayed with her before it was time to give birth to her son away from home. "Thank you to this beautiful soul and one of my best friends @nikki_colquitt for letting me and my family stay at her home for a month while waiting for my baby boy:) Vivi had so much fun with her friends! I just loved Dr Furr so much and the castle rock hospital I wanted to come back and have same experience," Jessie explained. [sic]

As for her pregnancy the second time around, Jessie revealed that she wasn't as sick and had more energy while carrying her son.

"The first time I threw up every day, I was really sick, really exhausted. This one, I have more energy and I don't feel as sick, no cravings," the singer said earlier this month. "The only way I really know I'm pregnant is I feel this bump growing and a baby moving around."
