Nick Jonas is now featured in Live Nation's TV web series, "Business as Usual." In this episode of "Business as Usual," Jonas promotes the upcoming season of his show, Kingdom, as he speaks on taking the role of an MMA fighter, parting from the Jonas Brothers and continuing to pursue his solo music career.

As reported by Live Nation TV, in the ten minute long documentary, Jonas discusses how he felt "washed up at 21," as he takes the audience to a behind-the-scenes filming of season two of Kingdom and also to a sold-out concert:

According to Beautiful Ballad, Jonas opens up about feeling like his life was over at 21 as he chose to part ways with his brothers, Kevin and Joe, with whom he made music with for eight years:

"Before Kingdom, it wasn't a good spot - at 21, to feel washed up is a horrible feeling. It's probably a question a lot of 22-year-olds coming out of college ask themselves - 'What am I doing next?'"

Apparently according to BlackBook, his acting role in Kingdom (he portrays an MMA fighter) has made a significantly positive impact on his life:

"Everyone has a reason they fight. Whatever it is, there's always something there. It is very primal to me - a very human, basic desire.

"For a lot of these guys, it's not about hurting people, it's about loving the art of fighting, and I love the art of what I do. There's a real specific connection I feel to it. This show, I'm taking punches and throwing punches. In my real life, I feel like approaching it the same way.

"The payoff is when the director or the editor of the show who sees everything says, 'your work is better this year than last year.' The payoff is getting on stage in front of 50,000 people and every single person is singing the words to a song I wrote in a time in my life when I thought my career was over."

Clearly Jonas has his life pretty well put-together as the 23-year-old recovers from his short lived mid-life crises and continues his acting career with Kingdom, and also continues to pursue music, with his hit single "Jealous" alongside singer, Tinashe.
