Amy Schumer ‘SNL’ Monologue Targets Kardashian Family, Gun Enthusiasts & Hillary Clinton

It's no mystery that Amy Schumer isn't the type of girl to hold her tongue, but this Saturday when she appeared as a host on Saturday Night Live (SNL), she killed it in an incredibly hilarious monologue that didn't involve any holding back whatsoever. The Kardashians, gun enthusiasts and even Hilary Clinton were lampooned, dissed and bashed equally. It's pretty safe to say that although she may have stepped away from it all without a few friends, Schumer truly did live up to her name of being one of the most hilarious women in Hollywood.

It's just not comedy if you don't cover all of your bases, right? That must have been what Schumer was thinking when she came up with her her hilarious host monologue for this past Saturday night's episode of SNL. When you're down to tackle the challenge of mocking topics like these, you're just setting yourself up for a little bit of backlash. This is America after all, and a love of the Kardashians and guns is probably on its way towards being added as a requirement for US citizenship.

According to US Weekly, while talking about her niece, Schumer eased her way into lashing out into full Kardashian bash-mode, by saying, "We have to be a good role model for these little girls because who do they have? All they have, literally, is the Kardashians." She said, "She doesn't have a Malala poster in her room – trust me. Is that a great message for little girls? A whole family of women that take the faces they were born with as a light suggestion?"

There certainly weren't any punches pulled in that joke but her skit on gun enthusiasm was pretty funny as well, and who would have known that Clinton would be a drinker if she didn't have to work so much?  Be sure to watch the monolouge in the video above for all the jokes.

Plain and simple, we can only hope that we get lucky enough to witness Schumer on Saturday Night Live again soon.
