Mega producer and on air personality, Ryan Seacrest, has landed a new home at CBS and will serve as a producer on Squad Goals, a timely multi-camera hybrid sitcom that is in development, Variety reported. The show is said to be about a group of friends who met in college and as they hit their late-20s, realize it's time to finally grow up. The comedy will be written and co-produced by Lindsey Rosin and Aaron Karo. It will be their first major television show together. Rosin directed The Unauthorized Musical Parody, a theatrical spoof based on the 1999 box office hit, Cruel Intentions, which grossed $75 million in sales. The film's cast, Reese Witherspoon, Selma Blair and Sarah Michelle Gellar, reunited at the show to support the director, Billboard reported. Author and comedian Karo penned the adult novel Lexapros And Cons and in 2010, headlined his own stand-up special, Aaron Karo: The Rest Is History.

Seacrest is the man around town in Hollywood. He has the star power to broker major television deals like the sitcom, Squad Goals. He recently sold The Down Beat, an Atlanta-set marching band story executive produced by Ludacris and written by Paul Davis Colaizzo for CBS. CBS studios and RSP will focus on the company's scripted division and expect to ink more situation comedy deals.

The Kardashian clan hit reality show, KUWTK, is also executive produced by Seacrest and has generated a sizable income for his production company. It's safe to say, all was forgiven when his client, Kris Jenner, fibbed during an interview with her boss on the nationally syndicated radio show, On Air With Ryan Seacrest. Jenner talked about the so-called not so romantic relationship between daughter Kylie and "Rack City" rapper Tyga, who is currently dating the young reality star.

OK Magazine reported that the momager said, "Kylie isn't dating anybody." However, the answer isn't that simple. Kris rambled on, adding, "This whole little group of kids who have been around forever. And I call them kids because relatively speaking, they kind of all travel as a pack and they enjoy each other's company." She added, "We all live in the same neighborhood. [Tyga] used to live across the street for a long time, and now he lives next door to Khloe."
