9-year-old rapper, Luie Rivera Jr., also known by his entertainment name "Lil Poopy" has been seen in several music videos having inappropriate physical contact with women as adults look on cheering the young rapper. The fourth grader was seen slapping women's butts and groping them as women gyrate on the young boy and life up his shirt. Police have decided to file a complaint against Lil Poopy's father and after videos of the disturbing video of the young boy have gone viral.

The Brockton police in Connecticut have filed a complaint alleging that child abuse or neglect against his father, Luis Rivera. On Sunday afternoon police Lt. David Dickinson said, "It's a bit much for a 9-year-old. It warrants the attention of the Department of Children and Families."

Police filed a report "51A" which is the legal action to allow Department of Children and Families to investigate alleged abuse or neglect of a child under the age of 18. The young rapper produced and performed music that reflected criminal activities. He raps about female groupies, drugs and other sexual content, and his father approves. With a nickname "C0caine Cowboy," - associated with a group called "Coke Boys"- he earns about $7,500 a performance and says that he wants to fulfill his son's dream and that his so, "is not doing anything wrong."

When the 30-year-old father found out about the police report he said that he was going to contact his lawyer about the matter. The father insists that his son isn't what appears to be on YouTube in everyday life, "He's not doing anything wrong. He's acting."

Lil Poopy's father tried to defend his son slapping women by comparing it to hitting baseballs, "When you hit a home run, when you go to the bleachers, they tap you on the butt," Rivera said. "He's not doing anything wrong."
