Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Relationship 'Drama,' Injured K-Stew 'Upset and Lonely' after R-Patz Doesn't Call for Support at Oscars

Although thousands of miles apart, "Twilight" lovebirds Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson both appeared to have a great time this past weekend doing their own thing. Even so, dramatic (and probably totally bogus) relationship drama managed to seep its way onto the web! And it's all thanks to the seedy gossip gurus over at Hollywood Life. Just the other day, the popular online gossip outlet reported that K-Stew tried to make her Hollywood beau "jealous" by partying with a bunch of guy friends and flirting with CJ Romero in Los Feliz on Friday evening (Feb. 22). Now the story's totally flipped upside-down... apparently the 22-year-old starlet was completely "upset and lonely" over the weekend after R-Patz failed to return her calls or offer any sort of support. While an injured K-Stew had to limp her way solo throughout the entire 85th annual Academy Awards event in LA on Sunday, Pattinson was busy spending time with fans in Australia and "ignoring" his girlfriend's needs. What?

First off, check out this sensationalized report posted by Hollywood Life on Monday, which kicks off with the "exclusive" claim:

Look away Rob! While R-Patz is busying filming 'The Rover' in Australia, Kristen was spotted jumping into the arms of a male companion in Los Angeles. Is she moving on from Rob?

But such a fun Friday night allegedly took a turn for the worse on Sunday (Feb. 24) when K-Stew showed up to the Oscars Red Carpet alone and on crutches (due to a mysterious foot injury). She was hoping to get a supportive phone call from her long-distance beau, but apparently it never came. One unnamed "inside" source tells Hollywood Life - "She thought Rob would at least call and congratulate her but he didn't at all. She kept her phone near her and checked it for texts but they never came... It was just a bad weekend, between the injury and being lonely. She felt dumb and was holding back tears the whole night. Kristen was on the verge of tears during Oscars because Rob didn't call her."

Hmm, Stewart looked just fine to us! She even managed to rock the crutches in a killer dress!

Meanwhile, the report claims that R-Patz ultimately ignored Stewart because he was too busy enjoying his time talking and posing for pics with fans while filming "The Rover" in Australia:

So is it a crime for being a nice guy and treating your fans well? Just because he's a good sport doesn't necessarily mean that Pattinson completely ignored K-Stew the entire weekend. Maybe Stewart was a little bummed because she misses Pattinson and it would've been nice to see him, but the rest of the drama sounds just a little fishy...

The shady report concludes with, "Do you think Rob and Kristen will ever get back together, HollywoodLifers?" Correction: They're not even broken up! Whether a fan of Stewart and Pattinson or not, these ridiculous rumors have got to end. Leave the young couple alone!
