Children of Bodom Gives Its Fans Video Update On Their Upcoming Studio Album

Finish metal band Children of Bodom are gearing up for their eight studio album. They are keeping their fans in a mode of excitement by constantly giving out new material on their upcoming album.

Frontman Alexi Laiho and keyboardist Janne Wirman of the band have now offered a new video update giving fans a glimpse of how the album's music will be.

The video footage is titled "Wrapping up the new album" on their website while their Facebook page message said "Final studio update! Or not.."

Usage of profanity and alcohol consumption is characteristic of the band . Laiho starts telling fans, "Hello my friends, motherf**kers! It's Children of Bodom here at the studio wrapping up the album, working on the last cover. We're having a lot of fun and finally we get to have some ciders and beers and s**t," Loudwire reported.

Wirman adds, "We've already started mixing. The s**t sounds really f**king good ... really looking forward to get this s**t released." Laiho wraps, "It sounds heavy as f**k, man. That's what I think, anyways. I'm really f**king psyched about it, so hopefully we'll get it out soon and you'll like it too."

The band is recording its eighth album. The album has not yet been titled.

The band's upcoming album is produced by Peter Tägtgren. The album will have Mikko Karmila, engineer who has worked on previous releases of the band.
