Singer Rihanna was shocked to find an intruder near her home Feb. 21 and he is one guy she wants to be away from.

The 25-year-old singer received temporary restraining orders from the Los Angeles Superior Court, Feb. 26 against an intruder, Steveland Barrow, who broke into house of Rihanna's neighbors thinking that it was hers, TMZ reported.

The court ordered him to stay 100 yards away till he faces court, March 21.

Rihanna's restraining order request contains that Barrow was arrested after he broke into her neighbor's house thinking that it was the house of "Unapologetic" singer.

Court documents said Barrow claimed that he had been invited by the Singer and "removed various items from the home and slept in a bed thinking it was Ms. Fenty's." He had written various pieces of poetry for her said TMZ.

The singer who recently turned 25 said that she was scared of her safety and he caused fear in her. The court request filed by her states that he "will go to great lengths to come into contact with (Rihanna) and has no regard for her privacy."

The court will hear March 21 when it will decide if the temporary restraining order is to be made permanent.
