Scarlett Johansson To Start All Girl Band, Says She Was Surprised By the Oscar Nomination To Her Song 'Before My Time'

Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson is certainly multi talented. She is not just an actor but her singing skills are as good as her acting skills.

Johansson revealed during her talk on "Live With Kelly and Michael" that she is "in the process of working on an all-girl band," E! Online reported.

"We're called the One and Only Singles," she explained. "We're kind of doing our Go-Gos thing!"

The 28-year-old actress had sung a song "Before My Time" that was one of the nominees at the Academy Award for Best Original Song. Singer Adele won the award for her song "Skyfall."

Johansson is also starring in Broadway's "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" revival. This shows how talented the star is.

"It's funny because I never thought I would be nominated for an Oscar next to Adele. That was very surprising to me. [It's] such a beautiful documentary called Chasing Ice. My friend Jay Ralph did all the music for it. He just called me up and we did a song for it. It was a beautiful song that he wrote, but I never could have imagined it'd be nominated for an Oscar," said Johansson.
