'Hunger Games' Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus Relationship Split "Real... Not Just A Fling"

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus might have ended their relationship years ago, but it seems that the former fiancé of the Bangerz singer doesn't have any negative thoughts about his five-year relationship with the former Disney star. The Hunger Games actor, who first met Cyrus on the set of their film The Last Song, proposed a few years after completely the movie, with a huge engagement ring. However, the couple officially called it quits in September 2013, and he quickly moved on to Eiza Gonzalez. Having been broken up for a few years now, many are wondering how Hemsworth feel about his former flame now?

The Mockingjay- Part 2 star opened up to Men's Fitness, for their November issue, where he told the magazine that he had real feeling for the singer despite the split.

"I mean, look- we were together five years," the 25-year-old actor stated, according to YAHOO. "So I don't think those feelings will ever change. And that's good because that proves to me that if was real. It wasn't just a fling. It really was an important part of my life and always will be."

According to Us Weekly, he also mentioned that when it comes to significant others that a person can't help who they are attracted to.

"You fall in love with who you fall in love with," The Hunger Games star explained to the magazine. "You can never choose. I guess some people just come with a little more baggage."

While Hemsworth went all in on during his relationship with Cyrus, these days he doesn't really have much time for dating.

"Dating's really difficult," the star explained. "I'm constantly traveling, and I don't go out to clubs or anything like that. I have a great small group of friends in my life, bit I barely ever meet anyone new."

However, despite not meeting new people, Liam says that he feels that he is doing just fine in his life at the moment.

"I feel like I'm focusing on the right things and prioritizing things in the right way, and I'm a healthy and happy person," Cyrus' ex revealed.
