50 Shades of Grey Movie Casting News: Erik Odom as Christian Grey? Friendly Tweets between Twilight Star, EL James, Jack Morrissey Stir Buzz [POLL]

Several Christian Grey "newbies" are currently making a splash in ongoing casting rumors surrounding the highly-anticipated kinky film adaptation of "Fifty Shades of Grey" - mostly thanks to the actions of the novelist herself, E.L. James! First, the erotic authoress poses for a pic with "Twilight" heartthrob Taylor Lautner at a recent pre-Oscars party - now, she's causing quite the stir on Twitter with Lautner's sexy vampire co-star, Erik Odom! The two were recently involved in a little friendly tweet exchange, discussing what appeared to be a fun night out with good food and great cocktails. And apparently Jack Morrissey was also involved... you know, that guy who worked alongside "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" director Bill Condon and who's stirring some "Fifty Shades" buzz of his own... So what's going on!?

Right away, rumors started buzzing that both Odom and Morrissey must be involved in the "Fifty Shades" film somehow. But the movie producer called that out right away...

So apparently this little friendly (drunken) rendezvous has nothing to do with finding the perfect Mr. Grey or "Fifty Shades" director... but it still makes us wonder...

Do fans think Odom could justly portray the sexy, sophisticated, cunningly handsome and seductive Christian Grey? Back in October, Odom exclusively told Twilight Examiner:

"You know, I'm also working on something that I'm helping to create. There's a movie I can't say too much about but hopefully we're going to shoot next summer. It's a fun little project that has some interesting Twilight connections as far as the people that are working on it, and that's pretty much all I can say now, but it's going to be really exciting."
