'RHOC' Vicki Gunvalson & Brooks Ayers Break Up; Restraining Order Considered

It has been a pretty tumultuous season for the Real Housewives of Orange County with cancer drama, deaths and a lot of backstabbing.  However, it might have been one of the most dramatic seasons for veteran housewife Vicki Gunvalson, who has been with the show since the beginning. The starlet found herself in the middle of the controversy surrounding whether her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers, had or didn't have cancer. However, now that the relationship has ended, Gunvalson is reportedly scared of her ex and is even thinking of getting a restraining order against him.

According to Radar Online, the star, has been threatened to be sued by Ayers should she continue talking about him in the media, but it might be Vicki who is thinking of taking legal action first against her former lover. In fact, the site is reporting that at the reunion, Gunvalson confided in the ladies and explained that she was thinking of asking for the court's help.

"Vicki was telling the ladies off camera during the reunion she was absolutely terrified of Brooks and is considering a restraining order," the insider explained to the news site.

It is even being claimed that Ayers has been keeping an eye out for Vicki, and that he was sitting outside of the company where she works one day, which only further made her anxious.

"She claimed that Brooks had been sitting in a rental car outside of her insurance business, and Vicki said he almost seemed to be taunting her," the source stated according to The Inquistr.

Ayers spoke out to Radar Online, where he owned up to the fact of siting outside Gunvalson's office, but stated that it was for other reasons.

"I was at the building where Vicki works because my attorney is there also," the star's ex revealed. "I could see how that could get misconstrued, but there was nothing else than that. Vicki and I are on civil terms."

"She is thankful to live in a gated community but she just doesn't know what to do about Brooks," the insider continued.
