'RHOA' Season 8 SPOILERS NeNe Leakes Returns After Quitting- Posts Instagram Pic With Cast

NeNe Leakes might have said girl bye to The Real Housewives of Atlanta at the end of season 7, but it looks like the veteran reality star is making her move back to Bravo. That's right, the OG of the series is back in the club and will be sharing the small screen once again with her co-stars Kandi Buruss, Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, and even fellow original cast member Sheree Whitfield on the all-new season. The star even posted an Instagram picture from the filming set, earlier this week.

According to Us Weekly, the 47-year-old star, who can also be seen in the Broadway musical Chicago, in the next couple of weeks, will be featured on the new season, but there is a catch. The starlet won't be returning fulltime to the cast, but instead will be scene in a few cameo scenes throughout the season much like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville will be during season 6 of that show, which we previously reported on.

It was back in June that Leakes decided to throw in the towel and walk away from the series, to focus on other projects including a reboot of the game show To Tell the Truth, with Betty White.

"After seven seasons of being part of Real housewives of Atlanta, I can confirm that I am not going to be returning to the show for season 8," the star explained in a statement this summer. "I am grateful to Bravo, Andy Cohen and True Entertainment for giving me the opportunity to show the world NeNe Leakes and sometimes to show them NayNay."

However, despite her statement, fans can now rejoice knowing that they will be getting to see more of NeNe on their TV screens when RHOA premieres on November 8, at 9 PM on Bravo.
