It looks like Britney Spears and Adele are on their way to become Best Friends Forever. The two hugely success pop singers shared their mutual love for each other in the press recently after they both name dropped each other in the media this past month. While the world has once again fallen under Adele's spell with the release of her latest single "Hello," it doesn't seem that Spears is any exception, as she took to her Twitter declaring her admiration for the British star.

Please hold while we freak out over these two pop icons showing love to one another.

According to Us Weekly, the "Toxic" star wrote on her social media site that she would swap some tickets to her Vegas gig, if Adele gave her some for her yet-to-be announced tour.

"@Adele I'll trade you 2 tickets to my show for 2 tickets to YOURS!" the star tweeted. "Stop by #PieceOfMe and say #Hello anytime!!"

Brit's tweet came after the UK songstress mentioned the "Hold It Against Me" singer's name in an interview with I-D magazine, when she was asked what she plans on doing after the release of her highly-anticipated new album 25.

"I'd like to tour properly," the "Hello" singer explained in the interview. "I'd like to see Britney in Vegas. Dunno about more kids. Maybe after what [music video director] Xavier [Dolan] said, I'll go into acting... I'd like to make another record... I'd like to be able to stand the test of time and the speed that the world is moving. I'd like to make records forever with the time I've been given for this one. If I can do that I'll be really f*cking happy."

Can you image what a duet between two of the most recognizable voices in the industry would sound like?
