Kroy Biermann is showing a lot of love to his wife, Kim Zolciak following her heart surgery. The NFL star painted his toenails and updated fans on Zolciak's condition tweeting, that his "wifey is on a mend." In the tweet below, Bierman thanked everyone for their get well wishes and wrote: "What's up Twitter? Been a minute. Thanks for the well wishes wifey is on the mend."

Despite Zolciak's ups and downs with her current medical condition, the reality TV star's family is continuing to keep a smile on her face. Her husband added another smile when he became creative, painting his two big toes in a heart-monitor design.

In the sweet photo, Zolciak wrote: "Kroys toes for my surgery [heart emoji] if that isn't love I don't know what is!!"

MStars News previously reported that Zolciak underwent surgery earlier this week to fix a condition with her heart that appears to be genetic. Following her surgery, the Don't Be Tardy reality star uploaded other photos to her Instagram as she recovered in her hospital bed.

Zolciak was all smiles, and thankful for the love and support that was given to her. She called her struggle a "blessing." The mother of six seems to be getting a lot of attention from her children following the surgery -- especially from son KJ, who wanted some extra time snuggling.

Zolciak's health issues started after she suffered from a stroke back in September. The former Dancing With the Stars contestant was on her way home from Los Angeles when she had a Transient Ischemic Attack. Zolciak described the attack, revealing that her body went numb, and her speech went away.

As a result of Zolciak's stroke, she was eliminated from the Dancing With the Stars competition. MStars News is glad that Zolciak is doing much better, and keeping her head up during her journey to recovery. We will keep you updated on the reality star's condition as new details surface.
