Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has recently enjoyed a romantic evening in India. The star was reportedly in India to shoot a documentary and at his stay he took some time to visit the Taj Mahal. If reports are true, then he has been offered a Bollywood film.

The Revenant star is a famous environmentalist and was in India on Sunday to shoot a documentary on climate change. According to Hindustan Times, the star reportedly took some time out to visit the romantic Taj Mahal and took few pictures. According to a close source, DiCaprio reached Taj Mahal at 7.15 a.m. IST and spend two hours there with his crew and other representatives.

"He was wearing a cap, black sunglasses to conceal his identity and was surrounded by bodyguards, who donned an all-black look. They were trying hard to keep the visit low-key. Whenever someone tried to get close to DiCaprio or tried to click his photographs, the people were asked to leave him alone."

The Academy Award nominee, who shared screen space with Bollywood megastar, Amitabh Bachchan, in 2013s The Great Gatsby hired an Indian guide to help him understand the history of Taj Mahal.

It was reported back in 2012 when in a conversation with Times of India, the actor said that he is in love with the Indian film making technique and also assured that if he ever had a chance then he would like to work in a Bollywood film.

After some time, there were a few pictures of him starting to surface online alongside Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and The Departed director, Martin Scorsese, and different media outlets started to report that he would soon be working in a film titled, Xtrme City.

Later on, it was confirmed by NDTV Movies that those pictures where morphed and there is no confirmation from director or representatives of actors that they all will work together.
