Maybach Music Group exec and recording artist, Rick Ross is finally off of house arrest, just in time to debut his newly released cover art for both the regular and deluxe edition for upcoming album entitled Black Market, according to Billboard.

Ross describes Black Market and states, "This is gonna be a person to person Rick Ross LP, maybe the first one I recorded this way." And says about the album title, "I believe I've always been so successful on the black market, for a lot of different reasons. And I just felt like that's the space we're in, that's the space the music is at right now. And who else better to engulf that other than The Bawse?"

The Def jam recording artist and a member of his security was arrested for allegedly kidnapping and pistol whipping a worker on his Atlanta property and was confined to his home with an electronic monitor attached to his ankle.

Hip Hop Wired reported that a judge ruled on Friday in favor of giving him more freedom, since the musician did not pose as a threat to the victim, since he doesn't live nearby. Although the rapper was given permission in the past to travel for business purposes now, he still has to get permission from authorities to leave the state of Georgia.

With that out of the way, Ross seems to have his priority in order and is concentrating on finishing the album, anticipating the new challenges ahead. He told MTV, "I'm in a position where I'm renegotiating my new deal and deciding what I want to do as a boss and as an artist," he said. "A lot of people are interested in bringing advice and good business to the table because 2016 is poised to be one of the best years for my career. The possibilities of me taking my label somewhere else, management, publishing...All the stars are aligning right now."

Just months after the arrest, he released his first mixtape since 2012 called Black Dollar.

The rapper and businessman can concentrate on finishing his album and is anticipating the new challenges ahead.

He says, "I'm in a position where I'm renegotiating my new deal and deciding what I want to do as a boss and as an artist," and added, "A lot of people are interested in bringing advice and good business to the table because 2016 is poised to be one of the best years for my career. The possibilities of me taking my label somewhere else, management, publishing...All the stars are aligning right now."
