Rapper Snoop Lion is ready with his new album "Reincarnated" and has dropped the dates and features for the long anticipated album.

Lion will be dropping his new album April 23. The album is executive produced by Diplo and the Major Lazer team via Berhane Sound System/Mad Decent/VICE Music/RCA Records.

The album will feature guest artists like Drake, Busta Rhymes, Chris Brown, T.I., Akon, Rita Ora, Angela Hunte, Popcaan, Mavado and many more, HipHopDX reported. Apart from the various guest appearances, the album will also have Snoop's daughter Cori B doing a guest appearance on follow up single "No Guns Allowed."

The album already has a single "La, La, La" that was produced out of it. "We were searching for true reggae music and the message of peace and hope it reflects," said Lion in a press release. "It's so much a part of who I am, and this record is all about paying homage and giving respect to those who created and love reggae music, and hopefully introducing it to a whole new audience. I feel truly honored to make this album and respect to all who blazed the path for me."

Lion changed his name from Snoop Dogg to Snoop Lion after being inspired by Bob Marley. A documentary titled "Reincarnated" will be released March 15. He was criticized by Bunny Wailer, member of Bob Marley and the Wailers for getting converted to the Rastafarian religion. But Bob Marley's son Rohan Marley defended Lion's decision to convert.
